Denise is passionate about the rights of the vulnerable. For 30 years, she has dedicated her life to providing services to her community in several capacities, including community supervision as a senior probation officer and in residential services as the former executive director of the Sunshine League Children’s Home. Her life’s work has included working in residential programmes for foster care, emergency housing, young offenders, mental health, and a secure unit. For several years, she volunteered with the Salvation Army feeding programme and Focus Counselling Services. She enjoys volunteering and supporting initiatives that support the welfare of all residents of Bermuda. Denise holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

Keishen Bean

Keishen has always been passionate about working with at-risk populations. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from Cape Breton University, he spent four years as a residential care officer for the Department of Child & Family Services in a youth group home setting. Later, he spent eight years as an educational therapist assistant with the Ministry of Education. Keishen is well known in the sports community, having served as captain of the Bermuda Hogges, North Village Rams, and the Bermuda National Football Team. His leadership and teamwork abilities have allowed him to effectively serve vulnerable populations, whom he feels have been overlooked for far too long.

 

Omar Dill

Omar Dill is a multi-talented individual who holds a degree in Psychology and Sociology, reflecting his keen interest in understanding human behaviour and social dynamics. His diverse career journey has seen him excel in various roles, including his work as a fireman, where he demonstrated courage and dedication in protecting his community, and as an air-traffic controller, where he showed composure to ensure the safety of aircraft. Omar’s commitment to making a positive impact today extends to his positions as a Residential Care Officer and an Assistant Behaviour Therapist, where he compassionately supports vulnerable individuals and contributes to the well-being of those facing behavioural challenges. Outside of work, Omar finds fulfillment in sports, particularly boxing, football, and running, reflecting his dedication to personal growth and holistic health.

 

Alexandria Williams

Alexandria is an experienced advocate and fundraiser who is committed to advancing social equity and supporting vulnerable communities. With a background in community organising and activism in Toronto, she has led initiatives that focus on visibility, inclusion, and sustainable resource development. Her work is rooted in intersectional approaches to systemic change, with a focus on building long-term impact through fund development and community engagement.

Jaynae Dillas

Case Manager Assistant

Jaynae joined HOME as a fulltime Case Manager Assistant in 2023 at its Black Circle location. She pereviously worked on contract, ensuring all tenant information was kept up-to-date, home goods were restocked weekly, and housekeeping and building upkeep were managed daily. She continues to offer assistance to tenants in need, including professional and emotional support.

 

Trey Durham

Trey Durham is a Bermudian athlete, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a strong background in football and youth development. Trey earned a football scholarship to Cape Breton University and has played locally for the Bermuda National Team, North Village Rams, and Southampton Rangers. He is the CEO of Evrblssd Entertainment, an event planning and promotion company, and manages Funcamps BDA, focusing on youth engagement. Trey now has joined the HOME Team as a Case Manager Assistant, supporting individuals in need and continues to grow his impact within the community.

Trey Durham

Tenant Support Specialist

She has vast residential experience with many years in the addiction field, as an Addictions Counselor Technician.  She was key in the success of many women addicted to drugs or alcohol in their recovery. Many of them can attest to her being a support and have thanked her for their success.
Ms. Richardson also worked as a Resident Assistant dealing with Homeless Mothers and children.
Ms. Richardson has enhanced her skills through courses and workshops. Her knowledge along with experience makes her a valuable asset in this field.
In transitioning to HOME, Ms. Richardson is now enjoying her new role as a Tenant Support Specialist.  She works at the Black Circle location. She loves giving support, advice and help to tenants and the homeless she encounters.

Coleridge Hayward, Jr

Coleridge understands HOME’s values and is focused on developing his technical knowledge of the helping profession. Since joining our team, he has participated in CPR and first aid training, restorative circle sessions, and dialectical behaviour therapy to assist tenants. He also offers invaluable expertise as HOME’s in-house maintenance and repair technician. Coleridge’s personal interests include music, sports, fishing, photography, cooking and art.

Oral Barnett has always been deeply rooted in his community, driven by a passion to help others. A musician, Oral recognizes the transformative power of music and offers free drum lessons to young men who share his enthusiasm but lack resources to pursue formal training. He not only nurtures their musical talents, but also provides mentorship and encouragement. Oral is pleased to bring his unique blend of compassion, musical talent, and commitment to the HOME team and continue making a positive impact on the lives of others.

With a background in web development, Devray has always gravitated towards businesses and community initiatives that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Inspired by impactful work HOME does with the homeless community, Devray sought opportunities to contribute his skills to benefit at-risk populations. His commitment to community service is driven by a desire to create positive change and support those who are often overlooked. Rosemary Jones

Rosemary is an author, former journalist, and now Chief Communications Officer for Bermuda-headquartered global specialty risk company, Mosaic Insurance. A senior communications strategist, she previously worked for national public-private agencies, serving as director of corporate communications & strategy at the Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) and head of communications & marketing for the Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA). She began her career as a reporter/editor for the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, and Broadcast News/Canadian Press, and has been published in numerous North American newspapers and magazines. She is also a current director of the Bermuda Society in London.

 

Michael Frith

Non-Executive Director

Michael Frith is a senior Bermuda barrister and attorney (called to the Bermuda Bar in 2003), specialising in Bermuda corporate and regulatory law. He is currently senior counsel at Carey Olsen Bermuda Limited and is the non-executive chairman of Carey Olsen Services Bermuda Limited. He has significant experience in the provision of corporate administrative services to Bermuda groups and serves as independent director on a number of Bermuda boards, including finance and holding vehicles, commercial and captive insurers, special purpose insurers and investment funds.

Michael volunteers with the Bermuda Sea Cadet Corps, where he has served as a uniformed officer since 2003, and as Commander of the Corps since 2016. He has also served as a Board Member on the Bermuda Zoological Society Executive Committee since 2012.

Scott Pearman, JP, MBA

Non-Executive Director

Scott is Deputy CEO of the Bermuda Hospitals Board (BHB), which includes the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute. A Justice of the Peace, he served on the Cedarbridge Academy Board of Governors from 2002–07, and was appointed to the Board of Governors for Berkeley Institute in 2009. He has also served on the Bermuda Government’s Labour Advisory Board since 1999, and the Bermuda Employers Council Arbitration Committee since 1998.

Coral Wells

Non-Executive Director

Coral is Managing Director of W&W Solutions Ltd, a local software development company, and the CEO and Founder of Bermuda’s first technology incubator and training centre, CONNECTECH Coding. She also launched a Bermuda chapter of Girls in Tech, a global non-profit that works end gender inequality in high-tech industries and startups by educating and empowering women who are passionate about technology. Coral is a member of the Executive Team of Bermuda First and volunteers her time on many committees and boards to assist in the growth of technology for the Bermuda community. In 2021, Coral was named Bermuda’s International Woman of the Year.

Arthur Wightman, FCA

Non-Executive Chairman

Arthur is the founder of HOME and non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also CEO of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd, the Bermuda member firm of PwC International Limited (PwC) and serves on the leadership team of the member firms of PwC operating across the Caribbean. Arthur is a vocal advocate for social justice and human rights, an elder of the Presbyterian Church of Scotland, and has served as a volunteer director of several non-profits. He was awarded the Queen’s Certificate and Badge of Honour in 2018. A keen triathlete, Arthur represented Bermuda at the 2022 World Triathlon Sprint and Mixed Relay Championships in June 2022, in Montreal, Canada.

 

Curtis Dickinson, JP, MP

Non-Executive Director

Curtis is executive adviser to the Bermuda Long-Term Insurers and Reinsurers (BILTIR), supporting the organization in its domestic and international advocacy initiatives. He is also a Member of Parliament, and previously served as Bermuda’s Minister of Finance from 2018–22. Curtis has more than 25 years’ experience as an investment and commercial banker in the US, UK, and Bermuda, including 12 years as executive vice president and group head of private banking at Butterfield Bank. He has also held senior roles with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation (DLJ), Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, and Wells Fargo Securities. Curtis is an independent director of Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) and was previously chair of the Board of Education and the Bermuda Hospitals Board. He has also served as a director for the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, Bermuda Land Development Company, and the Montessori Education Trust.

 

Stacey-Lee Williams

Non-Executive Director

Stacey-Lee is a trained diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) facilitator who has been engaged in DEI work for over 14 years. She is the Executive Director of Citizens Uprooting Racism Bermuda (CURB), and founder of EquiLens, an equity consultancy and training organisation. For 25 years, she worked in education, including a dozen years as a DEI director for professional development. She now sits on the Community Connection Review Committee of Bermuda’s Centennial Foundation, and has worked as a consultant on its Equity Project. She is a faculty member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) student diversity leadership conference; has played an active role on the NAIS Call to Action Team (a think-tank on diversity); and is a facilitator of Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED). She chairs Southampton Parish Council and sits on the National Educators Institute (SEL) committee and the EDU Coach Advisory Board.
